Our Preventative Solutions (PrevSo) primarily focus on collaborating with individuals and groups to co-design and establish dispute resolution mechanisms that account for written and unwritten organizational cultures, or diverse cultures co-existing in a shared space. PrevSo services are proactive, offering clients intentional strategies that build resilience against conflict escalation. These strategies draw on the strengths of diverse views to maximize collaboration, creativity, and effective problem solving.
